Tell me about the team and firm?

This leading legal 500 recommended firm has an excellent real estate operation in Manchester and across the UK and is a leading international outfit. The team work on a range of mandates including work for major corporates as well as development and investment work.

Why is there a role?

Due to volume of work this team is looking to grow with a junior NQ level appointment in its burgeoning Manchester office, which already has a substantial, close knit team. You'll have a broad range of real estate experience as a trainee, ideally including landlord and tenant. You'll be familiar leases and be able to work both as part of a team and autonomously in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

What if I'm interested but I haven't got real estate experience?

Ideally we are looking for candidates who have completed a real estate seat in their training contract or who have qualifying experience as a real estate paralegal. However, attitude is key - if you have a real reason and desire to be working in this area of law, regardless of experience, then we want to hear from you.
