Are you a driven Property Litigation Solicitor ready for your next challenge? We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised firm with a strong presence across the North West. The Role
You’ll join a growing Property Litigation team that handles a broad range of contentious property matters. Expect a mix of high-quality work including landlord & tenant disputes, real estate litigation, boundary issues, trespass claims, and professional negligence cases involving property professionals.

You’ll manage your own caseload, work closely with senior lawyers, and play a key role in developing strong client relationships. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your career with genuine investment in your progression and plenty of variety day-to-day.

About You

• 2–6 years’ PQE in property litigation

• Confident managing a range of property disputes, including landlord & tenant and real estate issues

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Keen to get involved in business development and grow your reputation in the market
