Clinical Negligence Solicitor
 

A popular national law firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ PQE (or relevant experience) to join their established Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool. You will handle a varied caseload of complex defendant clinical negligence matters, often on behalf of NHS and healthcare organisations. The role involves managing pre-litigated and litigated claims, liaising with clients and experts, and contributing to training and business development initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-value clinical negligence claims from start to finish

• Conduct investigations and prepare legal documents

• Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and opposing parties

• Support team development and client engagement
   

About You:

• 3+ years PQE with defendant clinical negligence experience

• Strong knowledge of CPR and healthcare litigation procedures

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Experience supervising junior lawyers is a plus
