Contentious Probate Solicitor – Manchester
We have an exciting opportunity for a contentious probate solicitor to join a leading firm in their Manchester office.
The team are highly regarded for their expertise within this area of law and have built an excellent reputation within the legal market.
The team are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to work as part of their growing and busy team, which sits as part of the wider commercial litigation team. The role will involve running a caseload of matters independently, whilst also supporting and working closely with senior solicitors and supporting juniors in the team. Work will involve will disputes, trust disputes, challenging lifetime transactions, proprietary estoppel claims and attorney or deputy disputes.
This is an integral role within the team and there will be scope to develop your own practice/clients whilst working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
